Our systematic handling and processing enables customers to destroy data, remove assets from their live environment, and manage logistics and final disposition of assets. Depending on customer requirements, assets can be tracked by individual asset, pallet or load. We offer complete asset reporting, settlements and Certificates of Destruction and Recycling.

Needs Analysis & Risk Assessment	A Secure Recycling Representative will be in contact to discuss your agency’s Recycling needs and work with you to generate a customized electronics recycling plan that aligns with your required data security protocols.
Agreement (optional)	A write-up of the contracted promise by Secure Recycling to maintain the integrity of your agency’s data, while securely and effectively managing the removal of agreed upon, end-of-life electronic assets.
Scheduling Pick-up	A Secure Recycling Representative will work with your agency to schedule the optimal time for either Onsite or Off-Site processing.
Work Performance	Accurate inventory is an important step in the Secure Recycling procedure. All items that enter Secure Recycling’s care are inventoried, based on serial number, asset tags, and other information.
Onsite Data Destruction	Optional Service to ensure all digital data is destroyed prior to leaving customer site. Methods are compliant with HIPAA, HITECH, NIST 800-88, DOD, NSA and more
Full Service IT Asset Pick-ups	Our Certified Drivers and Technicians will palletize, wrap, load, and perform specified onsite data destruction if required. We do all the work.
Secure Transportation	All of your material is then securely transported with an unbroken chain of custody achieved through multiple transportation options, including Secure Recyclings own fleet of trucks.
Receiving	Assets are received at our secure facility and weighed against original bill of lading. Assets are logged into Secure Recyclings tracking system for full customer accountability.
Processing & Refurbishing	Our Secure facility offer a full range of asset recovery, asset refurbishment, parts recovery, redeployment, resale and responsible recycling.
Demanufacturing	If equipment cannot be refurbished, and resold or donated, it is De-manufactured through our closed loop recycling process and materials are sold to the commodities market. All processes are compliant with Local, State and Federal laws.
Final Documentation & Reporting	Once all data destruction and/or electronics recycling has been completed through our secure chain of custody, each agency receives a complete, audit-able Certificate of Destruction & Recycling to meet agency’s compliance requirements.
